Refunds & Returns Policy

Change of mind

Your satisfaction is important to us, and therefore we will gladly refund the original purchase price, excluding postage, for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of receipt. To claim a refund, you must first contact us using the contact form on our website, before returning any items to us. Note that products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.


If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligation, which may include refunding the purchase price, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time, with proof of purchase.


Griffin and Row Naturals Pty Ltd (griffin+row) is located in Sydney, Australia. Accordingly, transactions are covered by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. This policy is subject to the additional rights consumers have according to Australian Consumer Law and our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

How to return

Before returning an item to us, please first contact us via the contact form on this website. If we deem that the return is acceptable, we will then give you a return authorisation number and return address.

Coupons and bonus offers

If your purchase included free items (through the redemption of a coupon or special offer), then a full refund can only be provided if all items are returned, including the free items.

Changes to this policy

If we decide to change this policy, we will post those change to our website, or other places we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our website.
