Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided a valid email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We will send your goods from our warehouse in Sydney within two working days, usually faster (we try to send orders on the same day if placed during a working day before 2pm).

Australian orders are usually sent using Australia Post. International orders may be sent by Australia Post or by another freight forwarding company.

We do not control the shipping process, and as such cannot guarantee shipping times.

According to Australia Post, shipping times to Australia are as follows:

  • Sydney: 2 days
  • Brisbane, Melbourne: 2-3 days
  • Adelaide, Brisbane: 3-4 days
  • NSW country locations: 4 days
  • Other capital cities: 5-6 days
  • Other country locations: 5+ days

International shipping times vary depending on country. Note that all orders are shipped from Australia and customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and value-added taxes that may be levied by their country’s government. Occasionally, international parcels may also be held up at customs. We will try to use an efficient shipping method, but we do not have control over customs processes.

In very rare circumstances, some items may be out of stock. If this applies to your order, we will notify you by email or phone.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order (whether it is accepted by us or not) by contacting us using the contact form on this website.

If we cannot stop the shipment of the order at the time of the cancellation, we will refund you upon the return of the products to us. Please refer to our Refunds and Return Policy.

Order limitations

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason.

These restrictions may include orders placed by the same griffin+row website account, the same credit card, orders that have the same billing address, orders placed over the same IP address range, etc.

In the event we reject an order, make a change to an order or limit an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers or any commercial enterprise.

If we are unable to supply all items listed on your order, these terms and conditions will apply to the supply of all or part of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if you are unable to prove that you are the customer (or agent/representative) listed on the order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Fraudulent activities

We have procedures in place to detect transactions that may be illegal, fraudulent or in breach of our terms and conditions. We may contact you by email or telephone to confirm your payment, address, contact and order details. If we are unable to confirm these details, we may cancel your order. If you are unsure that the person contacting you on our behalf is authorised, please contact us through the contact form on this website.

Changes to this policy

If we decide to change this policy, we will post those change to our website, or other places we deem appropriate.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our website.
