Brazilian Avocado Smoothie

Avocado has some amazing benefits for the skin and for your health. It’s very high in Vitamin E and it can also be found in most of our products. This delicious smoothie combines a mixture of avocado, natural yoghurt, honey and a squeeze of lime for a refreshing drink that’s extremely good for you. Natural yoghurt is also a great probiotic for a healthy digestive system which keeps your skin healthy too.


  • 1/2 avocado
  • 200ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Squeeze of lime


  1. Place avocado in blender
  2. Then add yoghurt
  3. Now add a tbsp of honey and a squeeze of lime and blend together
